Criteria for Course Selection

How  are they to be used?

There are a number of scenarios which highlight how the "Commonwealth Courses" might be used:

1.   An adjunct is hired just before the semester begins to teach a course. They are not necessarily clear on the content that should be covered and have had no time to prepare to teach the course. A college can point them at the Commonwealth Course materials for ready-to-go content that is at an appropriate level and matched to the course requirements. The adjunct may use the whole or just the part of the material on offer.

2.   A professor is teaching a course and finds a particularly useful module in one of the courses. They link to it from their Blackboard site.
