  • 9 productively completed (A, B, C)
  • 10 non-completers (W, F, I)

Over two semesters, fewer than half of the Technical Writing students who undertook the on-line option productively completed the course. The rest either withdrew, took Incompletes (which they didn’t complete) or they earned “F.”
