A Tentative Schedule of Projects, Summer 2000
English 111-01 and 111-02, Computer-Mediated Composition

This schedule is very tentative, subject to change as needed to accomodate completion of the projects, but it gives you an idea of what we will accomplish and when we will plan to do the projects.  I will add links to resources and elaborate on the projects as they come up, making changes to the schedule almost daily.

To prepare for the peer review in class, read the grading criteria, and look for these qualities in the papers you read (as well as in your own).

Other useful resources for writers and for evaluating good writing are found in On-Line Writing Labs (OWLs), and I have made links to a few which I think are quite good. The best of the bunch (IMNSHO) is The Guide to Grammar and Writing. Please get familiar with and use these resources often!

Late papers amnesty deadline! No more late papers can be accpeted after this date. I have been as flexible as I could be in taking late projects up to this point; however, I can't keep current in grading in-coming, on-time projects if I am spending time grading late projects. So this is it. Stay current with the assignments, and you will do fine.
