WEAVEonline^SM Assessment Management System

WEAVE is an assessment cycle in which you:

• • Writes expected outcomes or objectives (based on mission).
• • Establishes criteria for success (measures and target levels).

· • Assesses the performance of students (for student learning outcomes) or the    program (for other types of outcomes or objectives).

• •Views assessment results (findings).

· • Effects improvements through actions to increase student learning or other performance.

Virginia Commonwealth University developed its own assessment management system to both guide assessment practice and track annual assessment cycles.

Come join us for a demonstration of this web-based subscription service that facilitates:

• Centralized data management through easy-to-use web interface.

• Improved productivity by streamlining the planning, assessment, and quality improvement processes.
• Effectiveness and efficiency during accreditation, strategic planning, program reviews, and annual reporting.

Kristine Downing, is the WEAVEonline^SM Project Manager with Virginia Commonwealth University.  She will present a FREE demonstration of WEAVE on February 17, 2006, at Virginia Highlands Community College, Abingdon, VA, in Room 605, of the LRC building.
